Brian joined GRP Partners as a partner in 2002. Before joining GRP, Brian was the CFO of HomeSpace, a start-up fintech company, and prior to that was a banker at DLJ in New York and Los Angeles. Brian brings to the firm deep domain knowledge in financial services and digital media, along with substantial experience in capital raising and M&A.
Brian attended Rutgers University where he received a BA, and received an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
In our current portfolio, Brian sits on the Boards of Wave Crest Holdings, ZestCash, Skyline Home Loans, Emida Technologies, mFoundry, and mPay Gateway. Brian previously sat on the board of Mobiclip (NINTENDO).
