GRP Partners made their first investment in PFCB in 1998 when it had approximately 5 locations. Today, P.F. Chang’s owns and operates 201 Bistros in 38 states and 168 Pei Weis in 22 states. P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc. owns and operates two restaurant concepts in the Asian niche. P.F. Chang’s China Bistro (“Bistro”) is our full service upscale casual dining concept and Pei Wei Asian Diner (“Pei Wei”, pronounced pây wây) is our quick casual concept. In addition, we have extended the P.F. Chang’s brand to international markets and retail products, both of which are operated under licensing agreements.
